Some people seem born good at talking to strangers. Mostly they've practiced. This is a set of five habits for reading people, starting conversations, and asking for what you want, plus a leader framework for helping people who are below standard.
Foundations
The baseline skills. Working out what someone needs from a conversation, making a request that is easy to say yes to, and taking a no well, with customers and coworkers. Practiced on shift.

The same habits applied to the three offers at a retail register: membership, the store card, and a donation to a cause at checkout. For use during paid shifts and huddles.
Open → ModeLeader
The framework for helping someone below standard: check the system, separate can't from won't, coach, and check yourself along the way.
Open →Free to use. Nothing here asks for your name or tracks what you do.
